I can't believe that !
I just do what you said
and put codage Unicode(UTF8) (in the menu Page on Internet Explorer)
The pulldown menu contains some words with accented letters like :
provençal, français, différents critères
theses words are written like that :
proven□al, fran□ais, diff□rents crit□res
all are replaced by a little square...
so i put : rivière in the query box
result here :
