Filtering scripts ?
Hello All,
I am trying to find a script or someone that would be willing to create a script that would take a file that I have upload to the server and put it in to the database or even put it to a comma definded file.
The file that I am trying to get in a readable way is NOT seperated by any thing.
IT is all done by char positions for ex: FIN is from 1-9 Name is from 10-27 and etc. If some one ether knows of a very simple scrip that I could modife or provide a simple code to do just this that I then could change to include all the other fields and point to the file or database that I want it to added this all to. (this file is over 200mbs and has over 1.4 million records so the easest way is the way I want to go :)
Just so you all know this is NOT for profit its for a NON-PROFIT!
