I am sorry but the questions on that the web site you promote are not from ANY MySQL exam I have ever seen. I used to be the certification manager for the MySQL AB, Sun and Oracle. What you are attempting to sell is worthless, useless, and frankly of very poor quality. Anyone wasting money on your product will not only be dissatisfied but their test scores will reflect their inadequate preparation.
