MySQL Forums :: Microsoft SQL Server :: Microsoft Reporting Services

I've recently found open source alternative to Reporting Services - RDL Project (it can be found on www.fyireporting.com). This project started sometime in 2005.

It's quite good, however it doesn't have some features of MS SQL RS yet. For example, its ASP.NET fuctionality is somewhat underdeveloped in my opinion. On the plus side - it can connect to almost anything, from MS SQL, MySQL to SQLite and XML, and is extendable - it's open source, after all.

It is distributed under GPL for executable files and LGPL for libraries.
