I am not sure about the development of such data types. Our goal in ANSI/ISO SQL specification compliance, so if it ends up in the SQL* spec, then the chances are better that we will implement it. So, in the SQL99 spec there is an ARRAY data type, so one day we may have it.

Actual development of such features is often driven by what our customers are needing most.

Currently we do not offer these features, nor do I know of any specific timeline to implement them.
