losing column definitions in Powerbuilder
Hi, there.
I am trying to migrate my Powerbuilder application from Sybase SQLAnywhere to MySQL. At first sight this isn’t too big a problem. I unloaded the db structure and with just a few changes created a new MySQL database and connected to it with MyODBC 3.51. So far so good. The problems start if I try to create a new datawindow or modify an existing one (removing those pesky quotes). All columns defined as varchar(<length>) or text get translated in the datawindow as varchar(0)!
Is this a known error and is there a way round this problem?
Thanks in advance,
Gerry.
