Hello i'm using a acces VBA frontend with a MyODBC/MySQL backend server. there are 11 clients and one backend server. in most of the table's everything is going fine, but i found out that sometimes a table (record) gets locked, or something like that, access states that te record is edited by another user in the meantime though thats not true. The my worry's come from the fact that the lock stays active even after a few days and even after a server restart.
I need to edit the records, does anybody know how to solve this problem??
and what am i doing wrong?
