You may want to try downgrading your MyODBC version. I read it on a post after seraching on google for "data type out of range", but can't remember the version.

Also, check for date fields being blank.

Finally, I read somewhere (sorry I'm not more specific) something about some of the larger data types like bigint don't work well with some odbc apps.
