MS Access and mySQL TIMESTAMP Problem

Hi!

I'm pretty new to MySQL and stuff, but i'm learning fast.

I want to make a database and use MS ACCESS 2000 as frontend GUI.

All seems to be working just great for me, except the fact that the moment I add a TIMESTAMP (or a column of any time type, except for YEAR) column, and link the tables in Access, I'm starting to get the error that says: "Another user has changed the data in the same field..." and "Microsoft Jet has..." - you know, the issue discussed and explained at here: http://dev.mysql.com/doc/mysql/en/modified-error.html

My problem is - my problems start to begin after i add a timetsamp column - instead of solving the problems, it starts them. And, by the way, TIMESTAMP doesn't even fix the #deleted# problem for me.

I downloaded the latest MDAC and Microsoft JET SP, I'm running win98se, latest mysql, myodbc ver 2.5

Can anyone help me?

Thanks,
Illimar
