my main issue, my data is sitting on mysql. my application is running on access and the date format when it gets to mysql it confuse the month and the actuall day. for example 2009-07-11 it reads as 2009-11-07 in mysql. so when I run a query on mysql I cant get all data for the 2009-07-11 because of how some of them are reading.
some are looking right and some are not. I need some sort of conversion so that it can pick them up as month August not November , because when November come am going to have problems with my reports.
