I've tried many tools recently and haven't been satisfied with any in particular, and if anyone knows a better one PLEASE tell me.

Here's a list of some I've tried with pros and cons (find more at http://solutions.mysql.com/search.php?pc=4%2C90&q=microsoft+access&level=0):

Name
+ Pros
- Cons
URL
-----
Navicat
+ Very fast
+ Allows you to check and edit how to convert tables
- Doesn't convert autonumbers to autoincrement
- Doesn't seem to convert OLEs to BLOBs properly
http://www.navicat.com
-----
Access-To-MySQL (Intelligent Converters)
+ Seems to convert everything properly
- Unbearably slow

-----
Access-To-MySQL (Bullzip)
+ Very fast
+ FREE
- Truncates currency fields
http://www.bullzip.com//products/msa2mys/info.php
-----
MySQL Migration Toolkit
+ Very fast
+ FREE
- Leaves some tables unconverted (not sure why...)
