So you are needing to get all the data to your other database. You might want to try using some software that will help you manage the transfer.

I would recommend using data integration software such as Datastage (It is a licensed program) or Talend Open Studio (Talend is free to download). Check the download page for Talend: http://www.talend.com/solutions-data-integration/data-migration.php . Give us some feedback!
