MS Access & SSH?

Hi Everyone,
I am with a server that uses MySQL for databases. My data is on my local desktop in MS Access. I created succesfully a ODBC link between the two databases.
However, my Server provider's documentation (Bluehost) says that for any import/export of 50 MB and more, I should use SSH.
I am quite new to this SSH. what I'd like is to use MS Access as a front-end and append data to the MySQL directly (Even if it is more than 50MB). I looked for SSH Clients such as Putty. Will Putty allow me to do that?
