Populating a Foreign Key

Hi, I've just downloaded mySQL and this Workbench program for Windows. I'm curious if it's possible to populate foreign keys automatically with a dropdown list of some kind. See, I'm used to working with MS Access so I'm having some transition issues at the moment. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I included an example below...

I have a table named clients, including a column displaying who my web host company is. I want the primary key from the hosts table to go into the hostname column of the clients table. Is there a dropdown solution or do I have to manually input the numbers?
