One of the most useful features of Microsoft Access is the ability to convert the program's queries and reports into other formats.

* 1 Log on to your computer and open Microsoft Acess. Open the database containing the report you want to work with.

* 2 Click the navigation pane on the left side of the screen and locate the report you want to convert. Right-click the report and choose "Export".

* 3 Use the drop-down box next to "Save as Type" to select the format you want to convert the Access report to. You can save the report as a text file, an Excel spreadsheet, an HTML document, an XML document and many other formats.

* 4 Type a file name for the converted report, then browse to the folder where you want to save it. Click "Export" to complete the conversion.
