1.Go to Control Panel > Administrative Tools and open Data Sources (ODBC) and click on the Add button on System DSN.

2. You then select MySQL ODBC 5.1 Driver.

3. Next we enter the parameters.if you are using local server then in TCP/IP server write localhost and in port 3306 and write your data source name.

4. Now open MS Access and then go to File > Get External Data > Link Tables. And then click on the drop down menu of File type and select ODBC Databases ().

5. Once you select ODBC Databases () a window will appear saying Select Data Source. This refers to the data source you had created earlier.
