Hallo,
wenn Du das Statement von localhost ausführen willst muß Du auch den User 'apache'@'localhost' anlegen. In MySQL ist ein User durch 'user'@'host' definiert. Der User 'apache'@'%' schließt localhost nicht mit ein.
