Inserta al final de tu consulta un GROUP BY codicurs

Si no te funciona deberás postear un SHOW CREATE TABLE y un script con INSERT INTO de algunos registros de ejemplo para poder ayudarte más.

Siempre es recomendable colocar un script que permita que los que vamos a apoyar creemos la tabla e insertemos los datos.
