Hector, en realidad la consulta original esta mala y en teoría no debería haber funcionado.

Lo correcto es

UPDATE table_name SET camp01=14785 WHERE camp02=43710 AND camp03=1;

Tambien podrías aplicar el update sobre varios campos al mismo tiempo pero para esto deberías hacer lo siguiente (separando los campos con comas)

UPDATE table_name SET camp01=14785,camp02=43710,camp03=1;
