Hola a todos, ya pude solucionar el problema, no sé si fue la solución óptima pero reinicie el servidor, eché a andar mysqld_safe --user=mysql --port=3307 --basedir=/ruta --datadir=/ruta --socket=/ruta-hacia-socket --pid-file=/ruta-hacia-pid-file & y ahora ya se están replicando mis servidores, ubicados en diferentes puntos del estado
