Si tienes uno principal que es el que siempre está online y el segundo solo es de respaldo puedes utilizar mysql-replication o replicación mysql maestro-esclavo.
Pero si ambos estan online y los usuarios tienen acceso a los 2 debes montar un cluster mysql.
