Bootstrapping PXC (Percona XtraDB Cluster) MySQL

Hola gente,

Alguien que haya instalado Percona Cluster en MySql y haya tenido problemas como estos???

Un saludo y gracias de antemano por cualquier ayuda.

# /etc/init.d/mysql bootstrap-pxc

En el Log de errores sale esto:
