export table with rich-text

I need to export a table to massively modify the content, either via a script or in MSExcel.
The items of this table contain rich text, with CR character and " character.
Which is a proper way to export (and later import, after modifications) the table?
I have tried to export as CSV text file, with parameters:
- separation char ;
- grouping char # (not ")
But CR char forces a new line to be output, so that I cannot distinguish a CR of the text from a new item.
