Hi!

You could look at a tool like Talend or Pentaho. They re ETL tools and will take care of your question. For free, as they're open source and downloadable at no cost on the editors website. Get the ETL tool but also some data quality and MDM software. With the user interface, it should be easier than some hand coded soluion. 100 databases is a lot!
