- Design/Develop/Maintain OLTP and DataWarehouse Sytems
- Install/Configure/Admin farm of database servers using app-specific fault-tolerant tech
QUALIFICATIONS:
Exp dev systems using RDBMS engines in general and MySQL
Exp installing/config/admin large number of DB servers
5 yrs exp dev/supporting large/complex database apps
Exp with performance tunning and capacity planning
Excellent exp w/ "LAMP" tech with MySQL and Perl/PHP
BS CS or equivalent
PREFERRED:
Exp w/ distributed RDBMS design issues
Exp w/ open source/linux dev
Expert with MySQL
Excellent OOD/OOP skillz.
Exp with Java/Hibernate
