Applications Manager
Responsible for ‘hands on’ management of MySQL client applications
Leads technology solution development efforts
Responsible for providing programming support, maintaining application programs and the timely delivery of programming changes and/or solutions
Analyzes user requirements, procedures and trends and works to improve data processing and information access.
Creates a variety of reports and implements at client sites
Provides user support including help desk, development of training materials and user guides
Documents all systems enhancements
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
5+years MySQL preferred
BS in Computer Science or equivalent is preferred, but not required
Excellent communication skills
Excellent customer services skills
Background in project management and systems implementation is preferred.
Strong analytical background
Experience in training and in preparing teaching materials preferred.
