MySQL Expert needed - Design and Implement - Consulting Gig ASAP

We are looking for is an expert on the design and implementation of highly available and business continuous MySQL.

This will require knowledge of clustered and replicated MySQL. We want someone to teach us and to help with the actual design and implementation.

Time expectation: initial 2-3 day analysis and design session.
1 or 2 multi-day implementation sessions and finally email/phone support on an as needed basis.
