Make an immediate impact to the Marketing Automation module in the next release of RightNow CRM. This role is a terrific and rare opportunity to implement features of a brand new architecture providing the framework for future product direction. You will be part of a continually growing organization where your creativity and innovation will be realized.
You will be responsible for building next generation user interfaces to configure and launch multi-channel, multi-stage marketing campaigns. The primary area of responsibility will be the campaign designer; a Visio style “drag and drop” interface which allows graphical configuration and design of complex Marketing Automation processes.
This position is located in engineering headquarters in Bozeman, MT.
Required Qualifications:
- BS/MS in a technical Engineering discipline
- A track record of on-time software release delivery with excellent references
- 2-4 years experience with .NET technologies, object oriented programming, and design patterns for enterprise applications.
- Expert in two or more of the following: C, C++, C#, Visual Basic. Preferably C++ or C#.
- In depth knowledge of the System.Drawing namespace in the .NET base class library.
- Experience with XML, XSLT and SVG
- Strong oral and written communication skills, as you will work closely with other disciplines, and will collaborate with other teams and organizations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience building client/server applications
- Proficient in other Microsoft software development technologies: COM, MFC, ActiveX, etc.
- Product knowledge of CRM, Marketing Automation or Email Service Providers.
- A broad set of technology skills at your disposal such as: C/C++, UNIX/Linux, SQL (MySQL, Oracle, SQL Server), and PHP
