Database Administrator – Sheffield, England
An exciting, new opportunity has arisen for an experienced and high-performing Database Administrator to join the expanding team at PlusNet.
This challenging role will involve the development and maintenance of test and production database environments; database design; bug-fixing; performance optimisation, and coaching/training of colleagues.
Requirements for this position include extensive commercial experience in a DBA role – you will be adept at database design, possess expert-level SQL skills, and an expert-level skill-set with leading database management systems, preferably MySQL. As well as the necessary technical skills, you’ll be an effective problem-solver, communicator and team player.
