Hi David,

If this is a one-time data migration from PGSQL to MySQL, and you don't mind using a commercial product, try the Data UpLoader to MySQL from Pervasive (http://pervasivedatatools.com/datatools). They are offering 90-day license subscriptions FREE right now...tho not sure how much longer. I've used several of their DataTools products with great success.
