mysqlcheck information_schema

Hi, i have a problem. I have two same databases but i have a problem with the command : mysqlcheck --database.

On the first, the command doesn't check information_schema and on the second, the commande check information_schema. I have the message :
information_schema.TABLE_PRIVILEGES
note : The storage engine for the table doesn't support check

I want that my check doesn't do on the second . Why does it do?
Have you an idea?

The version of mysql is 5.0.18
