Good evening

1. I can't understand why the MySQL Query Browser creates a stored proc with DELIMITER $$ instead of

DELIMITER //

2. also why is it after the "drop exists" line is there also "//", I thought that was an ending ?

just like the "//" after "END" at the literal end of the stored proc.

Can anyone provide an answer please.

That would be great.

Thankyou

Peter Larb
