In ...where (PublishDate > @SBlogDate and PublishDate < @EBlogDate)..., @sblogdate and @eblogdate refer to user variables set before the sproc was called, not to your sblogdate and eblogdate params. To refer to those param values, lose the @ prefixes.

And for correct comparisons, those params should be the same type as the columns they're being compared with.
