You can simplify this as
..where (PublishDate BETWEEN SBlogDate and EBlogDate)...,
which is ALMOST the same. This version will return where PublishDate includes SBlogDate or EBlogDate as well as those dates between.
This assumes that PublishDate is of type DATE, not TEXT or VARCHAR.
