Fedora C2, mysql, and install, greenhorn is lost
Howdy Do,
I am new to linux and mysql, have a lot of programming background on lots of other systems and languages but am pretty lost. I have Fedora Core 2 running and there is a mysql service running. I want to use the v4.1.3-1 and read that I should not try to install that version on top of the one (3.x.x) that came with my FC2. Is that true?
