copy contents of one DB to another

I have two databases. First is just primary. Second is some sort of backup DB.
I don't want to make full dump each time and copy it.
I want to update second DB if changes in primary DB is occured.
What is the easiest way to do so?
I don't want to use replication, because backup DB can't access primary by itselfs, because of firewall, etc.
