Re: connecting to the database over a network
I just was testing and found out that when I open a Command prompt window and enter the command mysqld-nt.exe --datadir=t:/ the server connects correctly to the database across the network. However, when I specify the t: drive in the my.ini file for the datadir variable, it doesn't work. Why would that happen?
