Where to Install MySQL Connector/ODBC?

Hello,

I'm confused a bit. Do I have to install MySQL Connector/ODBC only to MySQL Server? Do I have to install it on all the clients that will access the server?
Or, Both?

I'd really appreciate clarification on that.
