How to convert v5 db to v8 db ?

After having used MySQL v5 for a long time I installed now the new v8 version.
As I had to notice the new engine does not understand the structures of the old v5 DBs.
How EXACTLY can I convert the old v5 DBs to the new v8 DBs?
