Hi,
I'm not new to SQL, but new to setting up MySQL on my machine. I've installed it and everything and that went smooth. The server service is running. BUT: this is my work machine and it is pretty locked down. I had to get temporary admin privileges just to do the install.

I am getting hung up on anything where I need to use the CMD prompt, like creating a DB. They have it set up so that a mapped drive is there. In other words, when I open CMD, I see U:\> not C: and it won't let me change the directory to C: Options???

Can I create a DB using a script within the MySQL workbench??

Thanks!
