MySQL graduation work -- how difficult would this be?

Greetings.
I'm currently studying IT, and should start planning for my 'Graduation Work' -- a project that I'm supposed to complete to... er... graduate.

One of the potential projects would be to set up a repair database on the institutes main server; the institute repairs cars, electronics, and does other such projects for a fraction of what it'd cost elsewhere -- supposedly it'd be useful if there were an unified system to log and access the data.

What I'm asking is, how difficult would you estimate such project to be? I frankly don't have much experience with MySQL, so if this would be difficult project, I'd probably be better off choosing something else to do...

The database would have to have at least the following features:

- Should be accessible from any terminal, as long as the user has the proper passwords.
- Should be be able to add data (at least) *and* print the current data thru a web-browser (again, with passwords). Requires some sort of GUI...
- ...erm, and probably other features that I've forgotten; but the above are the most important ones, and I could add more features if I still have time remaining...

The first should be no problem, and probably wouldn't take too long -- but what about the second: access thru a web browser? Er... Probably doable, but frankly I don't even know where to start... -_-;

Time reserved for the project is supposed to be two weeks (80 hours), but that should include the written part, which will probably take at least 15% of that time, likely more.

So, recommendations? Is this doable in less than 80 hours, considering that I'm an utter MySQL newbie, who has so far I've managed to set up a basic test database and add data to it, but hasn't used it beyond that yet...

Respectfully,
Jukka A. Long
