well this can be done... if you are good at php/html and quite fast in programming... what you need is :

db tbl for user authent
db tbl for data to store

web interface - php or whatsoever based
which includes :

login + data modification forms...
printing is no problem ... just read all data from db and print it to html .P the browser
does the rest

if this should be something "good" i'd say calculate with 1 month.
