create trigger

Hi There!. I would like to know in wich version of mysql I can create trigger, actually I only have the Standar one.

I read in mysql page that maybe it could be MAXDB but I only need to create a trigger not all those things.

Maybe if I can install some RPM to do this?, It will be so nice!!!.
