You have an underscore, not a hyphen, in

grant delete,insert,select,update on hss_db.* to hss@hss.technikum-wien.at identified by 'hss';

The hyphen is the token for the subtraction operator so it is not allowed in an identifier unless you surround the identifier with backticks thus (`hss-db'). Since that invites errors and isn't portable, hyphens in identifiers are not recommended.
