Re: Intermittent slow performance

Still having no luck. I noticed that some of my tables were set to type InnoDB for no reason that I was aware of, so I switched them to MyISAM in a desperate hope that magic would happen, but alas. I've also been going over my logs trying to notice some common pattern to the queries, but pretty much any query seems susceptible, regardless of complexity of size of the tables involved.

It almost seems like queries wind up in a holding pattern, waiting for something else to finish. Or could it be some kind of memory problem?

Can any of you recommend some kind of course of action for analyzing this problem to see what's going on? I'm out of ideas!
