Getting started, need WINDOWS information

I've designed and built databases in Rdb, Oracle, Access, and SQL Server. It appears I may have to do one for a project in mySQL. It'll be designed and implemented in Windows.

I downloaded 5.1 (or whatever's current), installed it, and went looking for the user/administrator interface. I wasn't expecting an Access interface, but figured there'd be something at least as comprehensive as what SQL Server uses. Am I missing the GUI, Windows-based tools, or are they really not there?

Is there a recommended, Windows-specific, book that'll cover all the aspects of mySQL? One built for, and specific to working on Windows?
