I am having the same issues as Sean. I am also following a php tutorial, and in the tutorial the guy has link on his page taking him to the setup. He also stated that people who installed WAMP and don't have the link (like myself) should be able to type in this->
http://localhost/phpmyadmin/scripts/setup.php for the page to pop up. However when I do it i get the '404 not found' error message.
Any ideas?
