Sorry, I have no idea what IPSs provide.
The math still seems safe -- 8KB/row * 2000 rows = 16MB. That is much less than the (500MB - 0.275MB) room you have.
Or, are you saying that total space needed for a client (rows in several tables) is 300kib/6 ? Even so, that just goes back to my previous computation (100MB << 500MB).
1 kib is, for all practical purposes, the same as 1 KB. (The 2.4% difference is probably less than the noise in the various computations, row sizes, etc.)
1000 KB = 1 MB.
