Rick,
what is the standard approach when using forms for text input? I assume you don't want to store html into text fields in the database.

For example: if the user puts a '&' character into a form, do you want to store it as '&' or as '&'? If you choose to store it as '&', when you need to retrieve it and place it on a web page, how does the & get restored?
