Hi Chad,

I appreciate what you are saying, to be honest though I have read around a bit and have a few books that I have read up on.

However reading and taking it in is not my strong point if I am honest.:(

I have mainly been in support roles and learn better from trying to work through a task or problem and then look at see what it was I did to do get to the result.

I have in past tried to do some open free courses through learning education but as I say I have never been good at retaining from just reading a book and the courses although they have a tutor end up being text book based and not real examples that I can retain in my head.

Thanks again for the advice though and sorry to have bothered you on the forum. I know I must have become a pest for you lately and sorry about that.
